This router is a powerful piece of equipment, quite versatile and rugged. The plunge feature is smooth and easy to use; highly ergonomic in design. The fixed base is comfortable and easily handled with one hand using a small round over bit. Instructions are easy to read and follow. The carrying case, however, is large and cumbersome, difficult to store. Looking forward to years of good service from this high quality product.

I’ve been needing a good dependable router to add to my collection of usable power tools. Thank Goodness for the Amazon Reviews to help me in the selection process. Although I am not a professional wood worker, I wanted something capable of more than merely occasional projects. I’ve already used this one and gotta say it is the best and easiest to use router I’ve ever owned. Yes, the case is big – yada yada. But look at all the storage availability inside. Not only does this case protectively nestle the router and both bases, but also has provisions for many different accessories. Allows you to keep your router and all your accessories in one convenient location. Would I recommend it? Hell Ya!

This is the first router I’ve owned, although not the first I’ve used, so interpret my comments in that light. I’ve been impressed with how well-built and easy to use this tool is. The height adjustment works well, changing bases is easy, and all the features seem to work as designed. Changing bits is a two-wrench operation but for my uses that’s not really an issue. The case is sturdy, and has storage for all kinds of accessories, including many that don’t come with the kit. The case is huge, however, so be prepared to give up some serious space in your workshop.

I picked up this router kit on sale for $126.00 with free shipping and no tax. You can not buy even the plunge base for that price. Great tool and an incredible value. Buy it NOW.

My daughter is a TA in wood shop at her school so maybe it runs in the family. Have used other routers. I love the palm grip. Gives you great control. Changing out the the bases is a snap, no tools required. The other routers I have used in the past require two wrenches to change bits so it was easy on this tool. The micro adjustment for depth works very well. Power switch is right where it should be. First Milwaukee tool for me. Only minor annoyance is that the case is huge. Overall, I am very pleased.

Rugged well-built saw which does everything I’ll ever need on the farm. Great service and lowest price from Amazon. I always read reviews on Amazon purchases before I buy, so this is my thanks for other reviewers.

Sawzall has plenty of power. Quick lock chuck makes it easy to install & remove blades.Tracks well for accurate cuts. Cut five 10′ aluminum loading dock gates in half accurately, no binding w/ power to spare. Saw shipped minus the wood blade. Called Milwaukee & they shipped a blade within 3 days, in fact they even sent a spare. My next power tool will be a Milwaukee even if I have to pay a little more for it, in this case the saw was very reasonable priced.

Milwaukee still makes great tools. I’ve heard some of their new stuff is hecho en Mexico, but this one’s still made in the good ol’USA. Even being the smaller of their Sawzalls, it’s still powerful enough to get through 2x6s and 3-4 diameter tree branches with ease, when you choose the appropriate blades. Speaking of which, I bought a Bosch combo pack, and couldn’t be happier. Milwaukee tools and Bosch blades; great together. Then again, anything with Bosch blades.

I purchased this Sawzall to use mostly in Autobody restoration, but have found that it has many more uses than that. I have used this saw for everything from cutting out some old water pipes from my house, to removing tree roots, to cutting up scrap wood to fit in the mulcher. What started as a tool to use on automobiles for me has turned into the most often used tool in my garage. It has plenty of power for what I have used it for to this point, and Milwaukee offers a nice selection of blades for it. My only complaint would be that it didn’t come with more of a variety of the available blades. Two was just not enough to have right off the bat.

Bought this last year and my main purpose for it, was to cut down my daughter’s aluminum swing set. My wife pulled me aside one day to remind me that Kati was 21 and probably wouldn’t be using it all that much, you know, her being 4 hours away at college and all. This thing was huge and took up a large portion of one side of the yard. When I put it in, I guess I feared a Hurricane (not something we regularly experience here in Northern Michigan), since I put 100 pounds of concrete in each leg hole. So, needless to say, I couldn’t just put an add in the paper for someone to come by and pick it up for their kids. Long story short, I hoped that the Sawzall would be my answer, and it was. I spent an enjoyable afternoon cutting up the thick aluminum, as the saws blades went through it like the proverbial hot knife through butter. It was very cool. I have used it a couple times since, but feel good just knowing it is there when needed. Just buy it, you won’t regret it!

I use this router in a home hobby shop. I am very happy with the performance of this tool. The only down side is the location of the on off switch. I would prefer a triger mount to the toggle switch provided.

Milwaukee 2300-20 M-Spector Digital Inspection Camera Review
Buy this with reasonable expectations and you’ll be glad to have it. It’s not intended to have infinite distance focus or a super tiny probe diameter. Also, plan to have to become accustomed to the image not always being “right side up” on the screen. You can turn the probe so that the image is oriented correctly, but it works great either way. The three LED intensity settings allow you to avoid the bright spots others have complained about by using lower power when you’re looking at something close to the probe or high power when it’s a few feet away. I have used it to find a broken bolt on the back side of the engine, and to trace some wiring in my old home. It worked great for these purposes and you can’t beat the price.

The picture was in color and the “bright spot” that I had read about was negligible on the highest setting. I would probably not pay more than one-hundred dollars for this product considering the work I do. I think this is very useful in viewing otherwise impossible to see areas. I don’t however see the thick, rigid cable easily passing around a p-trap. I had also read about the picture freezing when the cable was moved. This has yet to happen to me. I was able to see object details better than with my unaided eye at close range. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and expect that innovations will lead to better viewing and remote cable control.

Yesterday I performed what could only be described as a colonoscopy on my living room wall, using this product. I was trying to snake some audio video cables a few feet down a wall that contained insulation, and I was using this camera to guide the cables past the insulation. There are better ways to snake wires but I had just purchased this and wanted to test it out. It’s kind of difficult to work with, the flexi-stiff cable is a bit cumbersome, but it got the job done.

The camera head is much too large to be practical for use in most confined areas. Also, the gooseneck is too large in diameter and much too heavy (it tends to droop down) to manipulate easily. There is too much glare off the LED light. The LCD display is small, somewhat grainy, and hard to make out at times. I noticed some stress cracks in the plastic body of the unit where the gooseneck meets the body. I don’t know how this tool will hold up in the long run. Overall I’d say it’s more of a novelty item than something that’s truly useful.

The unit itself seems to be well made. The screen is clear and the camera and light function well. I have held a provision model and the rigid model which are both slightly more expensive and I prefer this one. It has four lights modes (none, bright, brighter, brightest) and a zoom function. The 3/4 inch head is larger then you might think, but putting both a camera and LED on a unit will lead to that. It also ships in its own case. I got the AA battery model as I knew I wouldn’t be using this a lot and even with lithium batteries I don’t trust them to work if I put this on a shelf for 3-6 months at a time. This was even 10 years from now this unit should function and I won’t be looking to replace a lithium battery pack. Like any model in this range understanding the proper orientation of what you are looking at will be difficult an the viewing angle will be small and the range may not be great in a long space. This is not a fault of the unit though it is just the constraints on the technology for the price.
